What we collect

When you submit a quote request, booking enquiry or contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, tyre size (where relevant), and a description of the work needed. We do not collect payment information through this website.

Why we process it & our legal basis

We process your enquiry details to respond to you, provide a quote, and arrange the service you have requested. Our legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the relevant form, combined with our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately opt in, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

This website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.). Form submissions are processed by a Cloudflare Pages Function and emailed to us through Mailgun(Sinch Mailgun) — both act as data processors on our behalf so we can receive and reply to your enquiry. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) also processes usage data to help us understand how the site is used. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing. Our Contact and Service Area pages can also embed a Google Maps widget to show our workshop location, and Google may process data relating to that embed under its own privacy policy — see the Cookies section below.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are retained only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and warranty purposes, then deleted or anonymised.

Cookies & third-party embeds

This website uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) to understand how the site is used — for example which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. Analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you Decline, or close the banner without accepting, Google Analytics does not load. You can change your choice anytime using the Cookies tab in the corner of the site. We do not use advertising/remarketing pixels such as Meta Pixel.

Our Contact and Service Area pages can also embed a Google Maps widget to show our workshop location. That embed only loads automatically after you accept cookies (you can still open directions without accepting). Google may set its own cookies as part of that embed, governed by Google's own privacy and cookie policies. Fonts served from Google Fonts do not set cookies.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask us to correct inaccurate data (right to rectification)
• Ask us to delete your data (right to erasure)
• Ask us to restrict or stop processing your data (right to restriction / objection)

Children's privacy

This website and its forms are intended for adults arranging vehicle services and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
